1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PSX Wealth Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the application.

2. Market Data & Prohibitions

The market data provided within the App is sourced via third-party providers and is for your personal, non-commercial use only. In accordance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Data Dissemination Policy:

  • You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, selling, or broadcasting any market data from this App to any third party.
  • You may not use automated tools (crawlers, scrapers) to extract data from our platform.
  • Unauthorized dissemination of PSX data may lead to civil or criminal legal action by the relevant authorities.

3. Characterization of Service

PSX Wealth Tracker is a **digital portfolio tracking and analysis tool**. We are NOT a Digital Asset Management Company (Digital AMC), a licensed brokerage house, or a financial advisory firm. We do not provide trading services, handle client funds, or offer guaranteed returns.

4. User Accounts & Verification

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms or are used for fraudulent activities, as per the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016.

5. Subscriptions

Premium features (Pro/Elite) are subject to subscription fees. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Refunds are governed by our refund policy and are subject to the local laws of Pakistan.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's interface, branding, and proprietary analysis tools are the exclusive property of PSX Wealth Tracker. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our software.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
